One concern with TPE materials is that it holds odor, but I have not experienced that at all. In fact, when I received the toy, I smelled it, no chemical smell whatsoever.

As for the quality, I am impressed. The toy is stiff enough to enjoy yourself but not hard enough to hurt yourself. I know I'm not the only one who was concerned about the quality of the suction cup before I purchased it, but as you can see in the video that I have provided, it is strong! It's not going anywhere.

I need to preface this review by saying I was incredibly skeptical before I purchased this toy, but I am glad that I did.
